Day Dream

Venue Only Package

 

Immerse yourself in the enchantment of your special day with our Day Dream Venue Only Package—a perfect setting for the wedding of your dreams.

Professional Consultation

Pre-wedding advice and guidance, starting with an initial 90-minute consultation.

'Event Brief' and 'On the Day Event Management'

For a stress-free celebration, we provide a ‘Event Brief’ and 'On the Day Event Management' to ensure your special day unfolds seamlessly.

 

Venue and Grounds Usage

Access from noon the day before to noon the day after your wedding for rehearsal and drop-off/pick-up of items.

 

Guest-Friendly access to the grounds 30 minutes prior to the ceremony, allowing everyone to soak in the surroundings.

 

Wedding Party Lounge Access

Homestead lounge access for the wedding party 60 minutes prior to the ceremony.

The Barn

A captivating venue with a comfortable capacity for 100 seated guests and a dance floor. Soft white drapes, gold mirrors, chandeliers, and elegant decorations.

 

Seating Arrangements

Wooden trestle tables and chairs to comfortably seat up to 100 guests (additional seating available).

 

Bars and Entertainment

  • 2 bars, 6 barrel & 3 French style bar leaners, 3 sun umbrellas, and lawn games.

 

Audio and Lighting

  • P.A and microphone for reception.

  • Ambient sound systems and playlists.

  • Fixed festoon lighting and 100m of central oval fairy lights.

 

Comfort and Extras

  • Shrugs and venue event signage.

  • Styling items: 3 café tables & chair sets, 2 large mirrors, 2 metal easels.

 

Note:

  • Alfresco dining experience incurs an additional charge.

  • Styling, setup, and breakdown are additional and will be quoted once the brief is established.

  • Homestead Access: Apart from pre-wedding lounge use, Homestead access is limited to accommodation guests.

Enjoy the eve of your wedding with up to 8 adult guests, on-site wedding preparation rooms, and the romantic master suite for the newlyweds on your wedding night. Complimentary breakfasts and a light lunch are included.

'Event Brief' and 'On the Day Event Management'

Celebrant & Ceremony Creation

As Owner/Manager of Harpers Homestead, Marina gets to know you and your partner well and gains an intimate

insight to your dream wedding.

 

Marina has been a registered and authorised marriage celebrant since 2014. Her engaging and welcoming style

creates a warm atmosphere that fills the ceremony with a sense of occasion, laughs and even a few tears of joy.

Marina is an expert public speaker, writer, and someone who helps create a meaningful wedding ceremony that all

couples can enjoy and treasure.

 

• Ceremony creation, quality PA sound system, discrete microphone, music and tech assistant to ensure a

seamless ceremony are included.

Additional Information

 

• Harpers Homestead welcomes BYO—wine, beer, cider and non-alcoholic beverages only (special requests by enquiry).

 

• Beverage service is additional and must be performed by the bar staff.

 

• For Catering and catering staff please refer to the Catering list.

 

• Venue access/timing for: deliveries from noon the day before, accommodation from 3pm, rehearsals from 4pm & ceremony’s anytime from 3pm with guests welcomed 30 mins prior.

 

• Music and bar service finish at 11pm, with all guests departed from the venue by 11.30pm

 

• General clean up included in all packages

 

• To secure a booking a non-refundable booking fee of $2,250 + gst is required.

 

• Unless otherwise arranged, External Vendors must provide a complete service for their area of responsibility. Any shortfall that the HH Team need to pick up may be charged for.

 

• Prices and services quoted are for the 2025/26 wedding season. Future years and public holidays may be subject to change.
